Shamus, like Eggdrop BOT, is prepared to allow IG2 players outside the IRC server
keep in touch with each other in a so-called "party line". Shamus also works independently of IRC as it connects to the server, it only acts on IRC.
Putty from Windows suggested a terminal from Unix systems.
There is an example of both in the video. You can also search for each other on IG2 IRC:

As you know, there is now a 1.08 Final patch. It repairs the error message under Windows XP/2000 operating system. Download the 1.08 patch only if your 1.06 patch does not work. If the 1.08 patch doesn't work, write an E-mail to me and I will help you. This patch is compatible with the latest 1.06 final, 1.06 earlier final and with the 1.05 beta patches.
